The Automobile corridor to keep the existing wetland and ecology
Chevron Tank Farm was once in great demand in the 1930s for local gasoline storage but this site now degenerated one of awkward pattern, which destroy aesthetic landscape of this cultural and educational city. This 334 acres abandoned area will make miracle for social, economic, environmental and recreational sustainability. The proposal also challenges the role of landscape architecture to link up between downtown areas, residential areas, commercial areas, and offices. This project as an innovation plays an important role in the regional remediation and development.
Concept
By extending the urban fabric in a fragmented community on a healing site, the quality of life in the south hill area of San Luis Obispo is optimized.
